Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the games Tumble Escape (com.tumbletuck.escape) and Tumble Sort (com.tumbletuck.sort) (the "Games") collect, why, and the choices you have. The Games are published by Tumbletuck ("we", "us"). Contact: ruddns8213@gmail.com.
Summary
- No account, no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Your game progress and settings stay on your device.
- We use Google services for gameplay statistics, crash reports, remote settings and ads. They receive device identifiers and usage data described below.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics, crash reports and personalised ads need your consent first. Everywhere, you can turn analytics and crash reports off in the Games under Settings → Privacy.
- The Games are not directed at children under 13.
- There are no in-app purchases.
1. Information stored on your device
Level progress, sound / music / vibration settings, booster counts and your privacy choice are saved on your device only. We cannot see them. Uninstalling the Game deletes them.

3. Legal bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
Analytics, crash reports and personalised ads are based on your consent, asked when you first open the Game. Non-personalised ads and the security and fraud protection they need are based on our legitimate interest in funding the free Games. You can withdraw consent at any time: Settings → Privacy in the Game (analytics and crash reports) and the ad privacy option shown in the Game where available.
4. Your choices
- Analytics and crash reports: open the Game, then Settings → Privacy, and choose not to share. Outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland these are on until you turn them off.
- Advertising ID: on Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID, which also limits personalised ads.
- Tracking on iPhone: the iOS apps ask before using your advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, or later turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, ads are not personalised and the games work the same.
- Delete local data: uninstall the Game.
- Access or deletion requests: email us. Because we do not know who you are, please include the Game name and, if you can, the approximate date you played; we will delete the analytics data we can link to your request.
5. Retention
Analytics event data is kept for at most 14 months. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. Ad data is retained by Google according to its policies. Data on your device stays until you uninstall the Game.
6. International transfers
Google processes data on servers in the United States and other countries. Google relies on approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
7. Children
The Games are intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and are not directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to content rated PG. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used a Game and data was collected, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data sent to Google services is encrypted in transit. We do not run our own servers and do not sell personal information.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA or Korea's PIPA) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object, and to withdraw consent. Email us to use them. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Changes
We will update this page when the Games or the services they use change, and change the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the store listing.

2. 보유 및 이용 기간

4. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 지난 정보는 각 서비스에서 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 연결할 수 있는 분석 정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 기기 내 정보는 게임을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
5. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 이용자는 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 운영자는 이용자를 식별할 정보를 받지 않으므로, 게임 이름과 대략의 이용 날짜를 알려 주시면 확인할 수 있는 범위에서 처리합니다.
- 분석·오류 보고 거부: 게임의 설정 → 개인정보
- 광고 ID 재설정·삭제: Android 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고(또는 Google → 광고)
- iPhone 추적 허용: iOS 앱은 광고 식별자를 쓰기 전에 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 창으로 먼저 묻습니다. 거부하거나 나중에 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 끄면 맞춤 광고 없이 똑같이 플레이할 수 있습니다
6. 만 14세 미만 아동
게임은 만 13세 이상 일반 이용자를 대상으로 하며, 광고는 PG 등급 이하로 제한됩니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
Google 서비스로 전송되는 정보는 전송 구간에서 암호화됩니다. 운영자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
